Jaime frolics in the leaves
Amid the natural beauty, Cormick still finds a way to be destructive by hitting everything in reach with a stick he found

We decided to have a traditional Thanksgiving this year
Thursday morning we headed out to watch the Turkey Day Classic Parade in downtown. It's the prelude to the football game between Tuskegee University and Alabama State University.
Despite all the bright colors and music, Cormick really wasn't that interested in the parade
Cormick's new way to occupy himself. He pretends he's Cookie Monster and eats leaves as if they were cookies.

It was a beautiful day today. Warm and cool at the same time.
Cormick loves Taedy. Anyone have a Jack Russel they want to loan us?
Here's the missing screen Taedy the dog so thoughtfully removed from his owners' front door. It's height allows Jamie to lean out and pass on secret messages.
See how cute he is as he strikes another modeling pose. Well, it doesn't last. In the next instant, he took a tumble on the concrete steps and skinned up his face.
And voila! Our boxer boy. He wears his many injuires proudly.
Jamie is amazed by the beautiful day

A few weekends ago, we went to Florida for cousin Ian Brophy's wedding. It was great to see everyone! (Kelly and Erin pictured)
As always, Cormick was extremely happy to see Grandma.
We were having a fine time but then, out of nowhere, Cormick was shot!

Over the long weekend, Cormick and I left Tim to his test preparation and we crashed our neighbors' beach house on Dauphin Island. Here's Cormick on the way down. Kids look so cute when they're sleeping.
Cormick was very excited to see the waves
The friends we met at the beach
Thankfully, I brought his toy shovel. It was a big hit the next morning when he was able to dig in the sand to his heart's content.

Halloween night. Although he looked pretty cute, Cormick was not a particularly happy camper.
Little bee boy buzzing around the yard. One of his happier moments during Halloween night.
